Accountable for providing functional expertise in maintenance of process plant/industrial machineries, equipment and material handling equipment like Conveyors, separators, screen, pumps, compressors, crushers, feeders etc.. Expected to validate equipment data for maintenance management and suggest improvements as per site requirement or working conditions. Prepare and publish summary reports for identified gaps and recommendations related to maintenance strategy. Typically requires a Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance field. Experience in SAP PM Module is added advantage. Configured and create PM Master Data - Functional Locations, Equipment\'s including PRTs, Materials and Material BOMs, Work Centers, Plant Section, Permits, Catalogue Profiles & Measuring Points. Create General Maintenance Task Lists for inspection, maintenance and repair processes of equipment\'s and used these task lists for Preventive Maintenance instead of creating Equipment Task Lists. Preventive Maintenance - perform necessary configuration for creating time-based and performance-based maintenance plans, scheduled maintenance plans for defined cycles to generate maintenance calls and processing of maintenance calls. Ability to read SLDs, PIDs, Mech & Elec drawings to identify the technical objects and build master data. Prepare and publish summary reports for identified gaps and recommendations related to maintenance strategy and planning. Validate OEM recommendations and equipment failure modes to develop maintenance strategy. Prepare bill of materials. Quality assurance of the asset data processed by team members. Typically requires a Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance field. Experience in SAP PM Module is highly recommended.
