Qualifications:

BE/B. Tech in Mechanical engineering

Experience:

5+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities

1 Should be well-versed in AutoCAD Plant 3D P&IDs as well as intelligent P&IDs in accordance with process guidelines.



2 Able to create Piping material specification in AutoCAD Plant 3D as per P&IDs



3 Should posses sound knowledge on equipment layout, piping layout, piping GAD and orthogenrations.



4 Should be able to create or edit isometrics templates / border / scale / report format / drafting standards.



5 Should be able to create Equipment models in AutoCAD Plant 3D as per Vendor Drawing.



6 Able to create Tie-in List / Tie in sketch



7 Able to do the piping routing in AutoCAD Plant 3D independently.



8 Should be able to generate the stress isos, coordinate with pipe stress department and revise the 3D model as required.



9 Possess thorough knowledge on pipe support standards for critical and non critical lines.



10 Able to perform Initial clash check and 3D model review as per detail phase requirements



11 Should be able to lead the 30%, 60% and 90% model reivew with customer.



12 Should be able extract isometrics and review them as per the checklists following company's standard review process.



13 Should be able to extract MTO report from Plant 3D and review.
