We are looking for a highly skilled Optical Bonding Engineer (Mechanical) to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about product design, precision engineering, and display innovation -- this role is for you!

What We're Looking For:

? BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Mechatronics

? 5-10 years in mechanical/product design

? Hands-on experience with DFM, DOE, GD&T, DFMEA, DFR

? Expertise in optical component & backlight module design (TFT/LCD)

? Proficiency in tolerance stack-up analysis, structural/thermal analysis

? Strong background in NPD, QMS, APQP, and PPAP processes

? Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product design & development activities

Implement GD&T, DFMEA, and DFR principles

Drive design reviews with suppliers

Develop & enhance optical bonding for display modules

Troubleshoot LCD/TFT backlight and illumination issues
