Job Summary

:

The AVI-SPL Onsite Maintenance Engineer will work in partnership with the Customer, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily heath checks on bespoke space AV equipment on all floors. Working on tickets (Service Request & Incident) supporting ICC site Immediate troubleshooting on Bespoke spaces (all floors), for standard rooms post local IT troubleshooting he will engage and resolve Communicate any changes or requirements from ICC IT/Business with self (WDI team). Daily / Weekly report about his productivity at site


Other duties assigned as neededProvide onsite dedicated support to all ICC events coordinating with local IT & ICC business team Understand and discuss if any new business requirement from ICC & discuss with WDI team to move forward. Provide support related to maintenance activity (either Power outage, OEM related firmware updates / roll out validation)

Education / Experince

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of audiovisual integration experience preferred Formal education in Electronics or related field preferred Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Preferred external training: + AMX Intro to Networking for AV Professionals

+ Crestron Professional Installation
+ Essentials of Crestron Programming Certification
+ Exton AV Associate Certification
+ InfoComm Quick Start to the Audio-Visual Industry
+ InfoComm CTS General Certification
