Sr. Engineer / Engineer / Officer - Assembly Production

Reputed Engineering Manufacturing Company

Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical
Experience: 1.00 to 6.00 years
Location: Near Vadodara
Salary: 3.00 to 5.50 Lacs PA
Preferred Industries: Engineering.

Lead and guide Assembly team for daily operations.

Ensure production targets in quality & quantity.

Manage preventive/breakdown maintenance of equipment & fixtures.

Handle manpower administration, training & skill development.

Analyze production reports, reduce rejection & optimize raw material usage.

Drive continual improvement & maintain ISO documentation.

Ensure clean room practices & neat departmental environment.

Prepare MIS reports; proficient in MS Word, Excel & PPT.
