Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 6 + years experience in NPD. (preferably in a managerial or leadership role in rubber hose manufacturing industry)

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Launch and Commercialization of new products

Product Development.

IATF documents for NPD.

Knowledge in SPC, MSA, DFMEA, PFMEA, control plan.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
