Role Description
This is a full-time role located primarily in Rajkot, As a New Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and executing activities related to research, design, and development of new agricultural tractor products. Daily tasks will involve creating designs for innovative products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting product testing and analysis. You will play a key role in converting ideas into practical and efficient solutions that meet customer needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience in Product Design with knowledge of design software and innovation processes.
Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and an innovative mindset.
Strong knowledge of fabrication parts, casting & machining processes.
Experience in the automotive or agricultural equipment industry is a strong advantage.
