Avaya Communication Manager
Avaya System & Session Manager
Avaya Application Enablement Services
Avaya Call Management System
Avaya Media Gateways
Avaya Soft Clients (One-x, Avaya Agent For Desktop, Equinox & Workplace)
Avaya Hard Phones (16xx, 96xx, J Series, K Series & B Series)
Avaya, Nice or Verint Call Recorders
Candidate must have experience with listed skills:
Providing Tier 1-2 support for enterprise Avaya network
Managing complex voice projects across all teams
Troubleshooting and problem identification
Working w/ equipment vendors and telecom providers to resolve issue
Monitoring and resolving service requests based on SLAs
Communications skills across many concurrent deployment teams/management
Knows data & VoIP principles supporting converged voice/data network environment
Working knowledge of supporting telephony contact center products
The candidate will be expected to
Support & maintain current telecom systems and services in enterprise network
Provide advanced telecom support & admin
Perform software installations, Upgrades, Maintenance & Patching
Support beyond moves, adds & changes
Take lead in updating customer on regular basis and avoid escalations.
Education / Experience Requirement
Education: Diploma /Graduate .
Experience 4+ years of relevant SI Solutions experience from IT&T Industry background
Supervisory Responsibility
