A core manufacturing process for producing plastic parts. It can be adapted for a variety of purposes, including company profiles, professional summaries for resumes, or educational material.
What you'll do

1- Expertise in Injection moulding Process
2- Expertise in Minimize Line Recetion

3- Expertise in Injection Moulding Documentation work

4- Expertise in Pneumatic and hydraulic system( Core Type Mould Operation).

5- Expertise in Identification and Handling of Raw Material.

6- Manpower handling and maximum utilization

7- Basic level knowledge of PPC

8- Expertise in Injection Moulding Audit like, VSA, IATF

9- Expertise in Injection Moulding machine Utilization

10- Expertise in SAP (PP Module)

11- Knowledge of OEE, PPM,

12- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and Quality Circle.

What we are looking for

Engineer Moulding Production (Preferably from Automotive industry)
B. Tech. with 3-4 years experience in Injection moulding Department /Diploma with 5-8 years experience.
