Job Description
Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / ECE and/or Diploma in Material Management.Experience: 0 - 3 YearsGender: Any Gender / Preferably male:
- Arrange quotation for spares or consumables
- Get quotations approved from seniors.
- Release purchase orders for consumables or spares.
- Maintain minimum stock for all consumables, if required.
- Get approval for advance payment.
- Maintain communication with all suppliers by sending Quarterly newsletters.
- Search for new vendors for consumables, spares or non-coded items and get them approved.
- Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery.
- Release Adhoc PO for RM, Child parts or Sub-Assemblies.
- Send supplier ratings every month based on their delivery and quality performance.
- Ensure Relevant documents are received with every supply like MTC.
- Good presentation & Communication Skills
- Ability to draft an email.
- Ability to judge the reorder level of consumables.
