Position description:

This engineer position describes the responsibility of complete production in the shift including machine handling, manpower handling, proper utilization of time and resources.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for shift handling production, production manpower handling, dispatches & shop floor activity.
Responsible for Proper follow up of SOP on shop floor.
Responsible for proper time utilization at the time of production.
Possess good machine knowledge of finishing line operation's mainly CR-Slitter, Cut to length & HR cut to length machine.
Well versed with the knowledge of material handling and material packaging techniques on shopfloor its tools and tackles and EOT crane operation's.
Responsible for SAP data entry and production consumption issuance individually in shift
Co-ordination with PPC, Dispatch, Maintenance and Quality department for smooth production activities and shift management.
Responsible for maintaining the safe machine operation, execution of plan's, House keeping & 5s management on Shop-floor on daily basis.

Should able to do MIS preparation, user friendly MS excel, reports making and email writing. Possess SAP knowledge.
