Production Incharge (Metal Grill)

Job Role: Production Incharge - Metal Fabrication

The Production Incharge will be responsible for managing end-to-end production of metal grills and sheet metal components, ensuring efficient machine operations, quality standards, manpower allocation, material control, and safe functioning of power press and fabrication processes to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Supervision

Manage daily production for soundbar metal grills, including punching, stamping, bending, shapin0067 and finishing. Allocate manpower for each stage.

2. Machine Knowledge (Mandatory)

40 Ton to 110 Ton Power Press Machines Punching Stamping Shaping / Forming Shearing/cutting machines Powder coating/painting knowledge is an advantage

3. Quality Control

Check hole patterns, grill alignment, stamping accuracy. Inspect burr-free edges, smooth shaping and surface finish. Verify grills match as per designed size tolerances.

4. Material Handling

Manage MS/SS sheets, perforated sheets, powder coating material, consumables. Control wastage & optimize sheet cutting.

5. Team Handling

Supervise machine operators, helpers, punch press operators, painters.

6. Safety & Maintenance

Ensure safe operation of 40 - 110 ton machines. Coordinate preventive maintenance for presses and tools.

Candidate Profile

Industry Background Required: Sheet Metal, Press Shop, Fabrication, Audio Grill Manufacturing Strong experience from sheet metal fabrication industry. Worked in press shops (40-110-ton machines). Experience in consumer electronics metal parts / grill manufacturing preferred. Should understand jigs, dies, metal thickness, punching tools.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
