Minimum Qualification - B. Tech Mechanical

Responsibility

? Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets, focusing on growth and market

penetration.

? Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and ensure

client satisfaction.

? Possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems and their applications, providing technical

support to sales teams and clients.

? Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, addressing their needs and

ensuring satisfaction.

? Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficiency and

effectiveness.

? Track and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

? Manage the sales budget, ensuring that sales activities are aligned with financial goals.

? Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.

? Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and operations, to ensure smooth

sales processes and client satisfaction.

? Familiarity with HVAC systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients

and team members.

? Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
