Key Responsibilities:

Meet, Negotiate & Dicuss Plant details with vendor.

Lead and supervise plant setup and installation of machinery and equipment.

Plan, design, and implement mechanical systems and production layouts.

Ensure smooth plant operations, maintenance schedules, and process efficiency.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and procurement.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.

Work on process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Prepare technical documentation and project reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering+ MBA.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and plant setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,094.83 - ₹59,948.08 per month

Work Location: In person
