"Preparation of Component sepcifications and Technical data sheet of below listed equipment as per Contract / Customer specifications.
i) Manual valves (Ball, Butterfly, Needle, Gate, Globe, Check)
ii) Automated On-Off valve and Flow Control Valve
iii) Instruments {PG, DPG, TG, Flowmeter (Coriolis, Annubar), PT, DPT, TE/TC, TW, TT}
iv) Pumps, Blower / fan
v) Expansion Joints (Metallic and Non-metallic)"
Bidder's offer/quote review inline with Component specification & ISA data sheets, provide comments / observations and obtain revised quote
Review of post order documents from Sub-Suppliers i.e. GAD, data sheet, calculations etc.
"Preparation of but not limited to below listed documents.
i) Painting scheme (Finish specifications)
ii) Spare part list
iii) Actuator selection basis for Actuated On-Off valve and Control valve
iv) Expansion value calculations (linear, lateral)
v) Data book
vi) O&M manual"
Review of P&IDs, GAD of Skids, Manifolds & Ducts etc. as per contract/ Customer specifications and provide observations / mark-ups to Designer team.
"i) Review of customer comments on CECO-Peerless documents, preparation of Comments
Resolution Sheet (CRS) and revise the documents as per acceptable/applicable comments.
ii) Review of customer comments on CECO-Peerless drawings and prepare a fresh mark-up copies for designers to revise the drawings."
Code knowledge "i) ASME B16.34 - Valves
ii) ASME 36.1, A53, A105, A106 - Pipe data and material
iii) A16.5 - Flanges and fittings
iv) A193, A194 - Fasteners material
v) ANSI 16.104 / FCI 70.2 - Valve leakage class
vi) ASME 31.3 - Fluid classification, Pipe safety and fasteners
vii) EJMA - Expansion Joint
viii) PTC 19.3 - Wake Frequency Calculations (WFC)"
Required Qualifications

• Good knowledge of MS office
• Develop working knowledge of ERP tools for entering equipment specification
• Co-ordination among other disciplines, departments, client and suppliers
• Shall be able to take and execute new assignments
• Meet project deadlines
• Attending meeting with customer, EPC, Consultants and Sub-suppliers
• Build and maintain a detailed database
• Focuss on cost optimization
• Work hour will be 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM IST, ensuring a 4 to 5 hours overlap with USA business hours
