2-5 years of experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, or maintenance.

Respoonsibilities

Design, develop, and test mechanical components, systems, and machinery. Create engineering drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.). Conduct feasibility studies, calculations, and simulations for product performance and safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, electrical, and quality departments. Evaluate and improve existing mechanical designs and systems to enhance efficiency. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot mechanical issues in machines/equipment. Prepare technical documents, project reports, and maintain records of design specifications. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical machinery or systems. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement and specifications.
Skills Required

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.). Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Knowledge of manufacturing processes, GD&T, material selection, and mechanical systems. Familiarity with HVAC, automotive, industrial machinery, or production equipment (as per industry). Understanding of engineering calculations, FEA, and simulation tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and time management. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
