Minimum Qualification


GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING



Perform maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of CNC machines--boring, milling, turning, and gantry-type machines. Conduct maintenance for Utilities Machinery EOT Cranes, Heat treatment Furnace, Transfer Trolleys, Air Compressors, Diesel Generator, NG skid Conduct maintenance for fabrication machinery such as welding equipment, CNC-cutting, furnaces, shot blasting, rolling machines, etc. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance as per schedule. Conduct equipment inspections, calibrations, and record results. Assist in developing and updating SOPs and maintenance documents. Identify and report abnormalities in hydraulic, mechanical, and CNC systems. Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Raise spare requirements and coordinate with stores/purchase. Liaise with service vendors for external support when required. Maintain maintenance records and transactions in ERP/SAP. * Support TPM activities and continuous improvement projects.
