Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

To review and verify the design documents and drawings submitted by consultant and contractors. To add value to the project by proposing new technologies/ methods/ Process etc To coordinate with all stake holders of the project and driving his/her assigned domain independently. To follow up with consultants and contractors for timely issue and correctness of drawings, documents and 3D models To ensure proper coordination with the different contractors on site for timely completion of the work. To resolve site issues assertively To be able to foresee issues in advance and prepare mitigation plans, change order management. To record and monitor the progress of work.
To enforce quality plans, work methodologies for the Work and ensure quality compliance at site.

To support the quantity surveyor for site quantity verification and ensuring timely receipt of bills from the contractors and processing by back office.

To enforce and ensure safety at site regardless of one's purview and act as a safety champion throughout the project.

To ensure statutory and regulatory compliances are followed throughout the project.

To be able to support contractors for the labor compliance as per the rules.

Minimum 6 - 8 years of execution or on-site experience in

Industrial Projects: FMCG, Warehouse, Manufacturing Unit

Knowledge of HVAC system including chillers, AHUs, Cooling towers, Chilled water piping, Ducting, CAVs, VAVs, VRF systems, Ventilation systems, Smoke extraction systems

Knowledge of Fire protection systems, Sprinkler's systems, Water curtain systems, Fire detection and Alarm systems, PA systems.

Knowledge of STP, WTP, PHE systems

Experience in handling Contractors / workmen at site

Exposure to green building projects will be desirable

Knowledge of BIM, Revit, Auto CAD, MS word, Power point, Excel & Projects

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good negotiation skills

Co-ordination and expedition skills

Strong analytical ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?60,000.00 per month
