Position Overview:
We are inviting
B.Tech Freshers in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
to join as Graduate Engineer Trainees in the role of
Project cum Sales Engineer
. This role blends technical expertise with client interaction, offering freshers an exciting pathway to develop in project execution and sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning, execution, and commissioning of refrigeration systems
Provide technical support and solutions to clients during pre- and post-sales stages
Coordinate with design and service teams for smooth project delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through technical presentations and site visits
Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist in negotiations under the guidance of senior engineers
Ensure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and client expectations
Learn and develop skills in both technical project management and sales strategy
Eligibility:
B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering (2023/2024 pass-outs preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Technical aptitude with eagerness to learn sales & project management
Willingness to travel and interact with clients on-site
