Operator / Jr. Engineer / Engineer - Portable 3D Measurement

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in any of the following areas:

3D Scanning and Metrology Equipment CAD/CAM/CAE Software Industrial Automation Solutions
Hands-on experience with these technologies will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise & Demonstrations:

Perform on-site measurements using portable 3D scanners, arms, laser trackers, and related software. Analyze measurement data and prepare professional reports as per customer documentation requirements. Develop and execute manual or automated inspection programs for portable 3D Scanning & Metrology instruments (CMM) using CAD and GD&T principles.

Customer Engagement & Support:

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing technical queries and providing on-site support. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient measurement solutions and maintain equipment accuracy.

Key Skills:

Knowledge of 3D Scanning, CMM, or Metrology Systems CAD Software (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, etc.) Understanding of GD&T and inspection standards Good communication and problem-solving skills
