Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Application Engineer to support our clients by understanding their CAD-CAM-CAE-PDM software needs, providing technical support, and assisting with product demonstrations. You will act as a link between clients, sales, and development teams to ensure optimal software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and training to clients. Assist sales with software demos and prototypes. Translate client needs to the development team. Optimize and upgrade software applications. Troubleshoot and debug software issues. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.

Requirements:

Experience in application engineering or similar role. Familiarity with CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM software. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Customer service or sales support experience is a plus. Relevant technical certifications or training.
