Design, review, and modify mechanical systems including reactors, digesters, boilers, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, pipelines, and storage tanks.
Prepare mechanical drawings, layouts, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
Support feasibility studies, plant expansion, and technology upgradation projects.
Operations & Maintenance
Oversee installation, commissioning, and startup of mechanical equipment.
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot mechanical failures to minimize downtime and improve plant efficiency.
Maintain equipment history, maintenance logs, and spare part inventory.
Process & Performance Optimization
Analyze plant performance data and recommend improvements to increase bio-fuel yield and energy efficiency.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, energy conservation, and process automation.
Coordinate with process, electrical, and instrumentation teams for integrated operations.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with statutory safety standards, environmental norms, and industry best practices.
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and support HAZOP studies.
Implement SOPs, work instructions, and safe operating procedures.
Vendor & Project Management
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment procurement, fabrication, and installation.
Review vendor drawings, technical documents, and FAT/SAT reports.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and performance review documents.
Support audits and inspections by regulatory bodies and clients.
