Assist the sales team in understanding client technical requirements and preparing proposals.
Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Design, Procurement) for order planning and execution timelines.
Monitor and plan customer orders to ensure timely delivery and efficient production scheduling.
Handle documentation related to sales orders, quotations, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
Maintain regular communication with clients for order status, dispatch planning, and after-sales support.
Participate in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and exhibitions when required.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support business growth.
Maintain CRM records and generate reports for management review.

Good understanding of sales and marketing principles
Ability to plan and manage multiple orders/projects
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools

Educational Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in [Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / or relevant field]
