What You'll Be Doing

As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a 20-member development team comprising both experienced professionals and fresh graduates. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll bridge product vision with technical execution--ensuring scalable, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Inspire, manage, and mentor a team of engineers across varying experience levels.

Technical Ownership:

Make strategic decisions on tech stack and guide end-to-end product architecture.

Architecture Design:

Develop robust architecture frameworks aligned with long-term business goals.

Hands-on Development:

Actively contribute to development using React, Node.js, Python, HTML, CSS, and database technologies.

Project Execution:

Define project requirements, sprints, and deliverables using tools like Jira.

Engineering Excellence:

Implement and uphold best practices through code reviews, testing standards, and documentation.

Stakeholder Alignment:

Collaborate with senior leadership and product teams to drive results.

Who We're Looking For

7-10 years of technical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or engineering manager role. Deep hands-on expertise in

. Experience leading both fresh graduates and experienced engineers. Comfortable operating in a
