Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of backend, frontend, and full-stack engineers Drive execution of healthcare-focused projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Guide the team in designing, developing, and deploying backend services and front-end applications Own system architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability Establish coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD processes across teams Monitor system performance and ensure proactive improvements (APM, observability, incident response) Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and support career growth of team members Manage resource planning, hiring, and onboarding to build a high-performing engineering team Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, data privacy/security)
Technical Skills:

Backend: Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Express.js / Fastify Frontend: React.js, Redux Toolkit, CSS/SCSS, Accessibility standards
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per month
