They strategically plan to meet market demands, optimize sourcing, ensure efficient production, and oversee the seamless movement of goods from production to delivery. This collaborative approach ensures a well-coordinated supply chain that aligns with both organizational goals and dynamic market conditions.For more details about the Function please visit thisPurpose of the roleResponsibilities require the incumbent to possess functional expertise in manufacturing plant engineering along with customer relationship skills to virtually lead projects which assess, solve, and improve plant productivity and optimize manufacturing costs by leveraging Reliability, Controls and Systems Engineering.Key Accountabilities75% of Time Support Reliability Improvement:

• Understand Asset Care Management Strategy.
• Create preventive maintenance plans for packaging and processing equipment while referring equipment manuals, drawings, pictures, videos and historical data.
• Help identify critical spare parts to be stocked to bring down repair time at lowest inventory cost.
• Support plant and corporate engineering teams to establish best practices for equipment maintenance and reliability.
• Develop expertise on CMMS systems viz., Maximo, MQIS.
• Developing knowledge base on key GMI technologies covering both process and equipments.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment uptime, reliability, and maintenance costs.
• Develop data acquisition and data automation tools and perform initial analysis.
• Engage to understand impact of work delivered on equipment uptime and maintenance cost.

25% of Time Project Management & Collaboration

• Support reliability improvement projects alongside Project Leads.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with plant teams and vendors to help ensure successful project execution.
• Help to develop knowledge base on platform processes, systems, and technologies.
• Work effectively in a cross-cultural virtual team using influence and collaboration.
• Lead with Safety.
• Work alongside peers and share/develop best practices and elevate the teams ability to tackle business questions.
• Create, maintain, and adhere to process documentation and strive for continuous improvement.

Hours of operation are 11 AM to 8 PM Mumbai time (Monday to Friday) with the ability to flex hours as the job demands.xc2xb7 In performing these accountabilities, the incumbent must develop and maintain an effective working relationship with Organizations employees at all levels across the company locations.xc2xb7 The Job involves travel to worldwide plants on short term basis depending on business requirements.Minimum Qualifications

• Education Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
• Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
• Preferred Major Area of Study:Bachelors degree in engineering in any one: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production, Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation
• Minimum years of related experience required:2 years
