Job Description

1) Perform

preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance

of injection moulding machines

2) Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues on machines and peripherals.

3) Ensure timely and effective maintenance to

minimize production downtime

.

4) Maintain and update machine maintenance logs and service records.

5) Support in

installation, commissioning, and decommissioning

of new or existing moulding machines

6) Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operation and quick resolution of machine-related issues.

7) Follow

5S, safety, and quality standards

in all maintenance activities

8) Provide training and technical guidance to junior technicians or apprentices if required

9) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

10) Carry out

root cause analysis (RCA)

and implement corrective and preventive actions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
