Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Engineer in Maintenance Instrumentation to join our team in Surat. This full-time position involves ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of instrumentation systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling instrumentation systems and maintaining high standards of reliability and performance, thus contributing significantly to our operational goals.
Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in DCS systems is crucial for monitoring and controlling processes efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in SCADA systems is required for effective supervision and data acquisition (Mandatory skill).
• Hands-on experience in instrumentation maintenance to ensure optimal device functionality (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in PLC programming to facilitate automation tasks and minimize manual intervention.
• Capability in calibrating instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance to predict and prevent equipment failures before they occur.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal downtime.
• Experience in participating and managing turnaround shutdown activities for comprehensive maintenance.

• Conduct routine checks and calibrations on instrumentation systems to maintain performance efficiency.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and enhance safety.
• Troubleshoot complex instrumentation and control system failures to ensure minimal operational disruptions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to upgrade and enhance system performance based on operational needs.
• Coordinate turnaround shutdown activities, ensuring thorough maintenance and timely recommencement of operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols during maintenance operations.
• Document all maintenance activities and generate reports to provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on emerging technologies in instrumentation.
