Engineer - Plant Maintenance (Injection Moulding Machines)

Location:

Qualification:

Diploma / Graduate Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Production preferred)

Experience:

5-8 years in

Plastic Injection Moulding Machine maintenance

Role Responsibilities

Responsible for

preventive and breakdown maintenance

of injection moulding machines and associated utilities. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to ensure minimal downtime. Execute maintenance schedules, monitor machine health, and improve equipment reliability. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in maintenance practices. Coordinate with production teams to support continuous and efficient operations. Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions.

Candidate Profile

Graduate Engineer with

5-8 years of hands-on experience

in

injection moulding machine maintenance

. Strong knowledge of machine troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC-based systems. Exposure to packaging / plastics manufacturing industry preferred. Good problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
