Main TasksEnsure that all technical processes in the plant are reliable, cost-effective and meet the M+H and legal standards, focusing on mechanical side. Support the categorization of spare parts that have to be available on site to minimize downtime Initiate, implement, coordinate and monitor all Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Processes in the plant Control the machine and technical equipment within the M+H production plant and ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained during the serial production Manage the maintenance activities and ensure that all technical standards and requirements are met Support Maintenance Manager in managing the cost budget for the machines, equipment and spare parts Initiate corrective actions in case of deviations and coordinate the corrective activities Ensure that all relevant documentation in the area of responsibility is available and up-to date Contribute to continuous improvement in design of new equipment Ensure and maintain all records as per ISO / IATF Standards
Your ProfileBachelor/ Diploma in Engineering with 6-10 years of Exp (Electrical/ mechanical/ Electronics Stream) preferred Has exp. of working in Automotive Tier-1 organization, MNC experience preferred Has hands-on experience as Maintenance Engineer on Plastic Injection Moulding, Assembly Machines and PU Filter Manufacturing - its equipment's, machines etc. Having experience on Utility Maintenance will be add on in candidature.
