Diagnose mechanical issues, perform repairs, and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns.
Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of new mechanical equipment and systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in maintenance activities.
Maintain inventory levels of spare parts and tools, ensuring the availability of necessary materials for repairs.
Suggest upgrades or modifications to existing systems to improve reliability, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
