Evaluate the test standards
Test plan review and prepare the project planning (dates, resources).
Analyze, create, document test results, prepare test report and communicate with customer.
Provide testing and assessment service on Automotive standards with customer.
In-house Lab test facility management, validation plan management.
Validation follow up and test issue close action with customer.
Work with sales team to coordinate with customer and OEM. Other task assigned by Manager.
Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities.
Comply and ensure implementation of the company's and the customer's Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
Experience & Further Qualifications

4 - 5 years of automotive EMC validation experience.
Hands-on experience with test & measurement equipment.
A knowledge base in automotive technology and/or EMC is preferred.
Should be able to handle various tasks at the same time with initiative, self-responsible working style.
Good communication and coordination with customer.
Ability to work in a team.
Good verbal and written English language skill.
