Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using industry-standard RPA tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions. Maintain and monitor existing RPA processes and troubleshoot issues as needed. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. Document automation processes, technical specifications, and user guides. Provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 4+ years of experience in RPA development. Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath Strong understanding of process mapping and business process reengineering. Proficiency in programming languages like VB.NET, C#, Python, . Experience with APIs, web services, and database integration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer). Experience with OCR, AI/ML integration Work experience in Agile / SCRUM environments using Jira / Kanban Boards is preferable Experience in UiPath is mandatory - prior work experience on licensed versions of Studio, Orchestrator, Bots (community version experience not considered)
