Join TMF Group as an IT Collaboration Engineer (Software Engineer), where you will design and deliver high-quality SharePoint applications and collaboration solutions. This role focuses on building portals, SPFX applications, automated processes, and integrating tools like SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Platform, Azure, and .NET. You'll work within security and code quality standards, ensuring robust documentation and source control compliance.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain SharePoint Online applications and reports.
• Develop solutions using SharePoint Online, MS Teams, SPFX, Azure web jobs, Nintex workflows, MS Flows, Power Platform.
• Gather requirements, perform analysis, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Deliver applications using Agile, Iterative, or Waterfall models.
• Collaborate with development, business, and support teams for clarifications.
• Participate in effort estimation and work scheduling.
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues in existing applications/portals.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with processes and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Key Requirements
Experience & Capabilities

• 2-6 years of experience in designing and building SharePoint Online applications using SPFX, O365 services, Azure, MS Teams, and Power Platform.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and custom development.
• Strong analytical skills for requirement analysis and solution design.
• Proficiency in debugging SharePoint/Power BI environments and O365 services.
• Added advantage: AD, Azure development, O365 admin knowledge, SSRS.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other source control tools.
• Microsoft certification preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and client-side scripting (Bootstrap, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript).
• Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Knowledge of O365 collaboration tools (OneDrive, MS Teams).
• Understanding of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Web Jobs).
• Knowledge of data analysis and presentation layers.

General Skills

• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Familiarity with ITIL & ITSM principles.
