Job Description

? Should conversant with operation and maintenance of utility equipment's like chillers, compressors, steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, Nitrogen plants, etc....
? Should conversant with installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of process field instruments like control valves, safety valves, flow, level, temperature, pressure, mass flow measurement and controlling instruments.
? Candidate having experience of DTY Machines, POY Machines, FDY machines, continuous polymerization (CP) good advantage and is highly preferred.
? Should have good experience of handling group of peoples in shift.
? Excellent hands on experience of installation, commissioning, Operation of Automation system like DCS, SCADA, PLC based systems, master calibration instruments.
? Should conversant in calibration and validation of field instruments used for operation and control of process parameters like Pressure, temperature, flow, level, safety valves, control valves, weighing scales etc.
? Day to day activities like attending the shift activities, trouble shooting primarily in process, utility and service area.
? Writing Reports and documentation.
? Programming and minor modifications in Instruments/Automation systems like VFD, PID controllers, and field instruments.
? IMS implementation and documentation
? Understand plant process drawing (Process interlock drawing -PID)
? Should have knowledge of testing & Calibration of various instrument and products.
? Should execute Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plants instruments, automation System.
? Experience in PLC programming, modification, integration and Troubleshooting (Siemens, AB, Mitsubhisi etc)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per year
