Job Description

Should conversant with operation and maintenance of utility equipment's like chillers, compressors, steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, Nitrogen plants, etc....

Should conversant with installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of process field instruments like control valves, safety valves, flow, level, temperature, pressure, mass flow measurement and controlling instruments.

Candidate having experience of DTY Machines, POY Machines, FDY machines, continuous polymerization (CP) good advantage and is highly preferred.

Should have good experience of handling group of peoples in shift.

Excellent hands on experience of installation, commissioning, Operation of Automation system like DCS, SCADA, PLC based systems, master calibration instruments.

Should conversant in calibration and validation of field instruments used for operation and control of process parameters like Pressure, temperature, flow, level, safety valves, control valves, weighing scales etc.

Day to day activities like attending the shift activities, trouble shooting primarily in process, utility and service area.

Writing Reports and documentation.

Programming and minor modifications in Instruments/Automation systems like VFD, PID controllers, and field instruments.

IMS implementation and documentation

Understand plant process drawing (Process interlock drawing -PID)

Should have knowledge of testing & Calibration of various instrument and products.

Should execute Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plants instruments, automation System.

Experience in PLC programming, modification, integration and Troubleshooting (Siemens, AB, Mitsubhisi etc)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
