xc2xb7 Conduct In-process inspections on Transformers
xc2xb7 checklists, and conduct Quality Gates
xc2xb7 Preparing Quality plans as per customer specification
xc2xb7 Facilitating Customer inspections at various manufacturing
xc2xb7 Test Certificates compilation for Customers review
xc2xb7 Handling customer inspections independently
xc2xb7 Knowledge of ISO, EMS & OHSAS standards
xc2xb7 Documentation for effective implementation of
xc2xb7 Recording NCs and conducting root cause analysis
xc2xb7 Calibration of Test Instruments / Equipments.

xc2xb7 Knowledge acquired in 3-7 years in Quality department of
xc2xb7 Bachelors degree in electrical/mechanical engineering
Technical Skills:
xc2xb7 Knowledge of Transformer/Reactor manufacturing process and Quality inspection process
xc2xb7 Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
xc2xb7 Knowledge of MS office (Advance knowledge of MS EXCEL) and other Microsoft Tools
xc2xb7 Knowledge of safety practices during shopfloor/test field inspections
xc2xb7 Knowledge of Process improvement systems like Lean, Six Sigma
Key Skills:
xc2xb7 Focus on Safety aspects
xc2xb7 Fit individual who can perform Power transformer internal and external inspection
xc2xb7 Openness to work in shifts Factory operates in 3 shifts
xc2xb7 Proactive mindset and approach to serve colleagues, internal and external customers
xc2xb7 Critical thinking & quick analysis based on the problem situation
xc2xb7 English fluency in business Communication with stakeholders
