Key Performance Indicators:

Competencies:

Responsible to implement and monitor Process Related issue in Stringer, Laminator and different stages of Solar Manufacturing. Responsible for the maintenance and oversight of Process Activity. Responsible for the development and the maintain and trial outcomes Responsible for the training of personnel on Quality System requirements and procedures as required. Collaborates with other departments, customer and supplier representatives on quality issues and feedback for manufacturing and engineering for corrective/preventive action. Responsible to assist with the inspection and qualification of suppliers' product. Responsible for problem solving of internal quality issues for continuous improvement. Participates in the production readiness process of new designs and new equipment. Develop and support new gauge methods for improvements to inspection methods and process controls.

Required Skills:

Proven Quality Assurance Management knowledge and experience with ISO 9001. Proven employee relations skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Proven problem solving skills and use of statistical methods (Six Sigma tools, SPC). Knowledge of internal Process/Quality audit procedures. Proven knowledge of ISO standards and procedures. Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel - SQL a plus). Excellent communications skills (verbal and written).
