What you'll be doing...

• Responsible for translating user requirements and developing end to end applications.
• Working with business users / SMEs in other parts of the team.
• Building 12 factor applications by following coding standards, builds appropriate unit tests, integration tests, and deployment scripts.
• Collaborating with leads to explore existing systems, determine areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation, learn the applications capabilities.
• Taking ownership of the tasks assigned and being able to execute it in an agile and ambiguous environment.
• Contributing to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies.
• Mentoring junior employees and being ready to shoulder ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.

Where you'll be working...

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree with four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Java / Spring boot / Microservices developer.
• Experience in streaming technologies like Kafka / Pulsar.
• Experience in any one of the skills: ReactJS / NodeJS.
• Experience in RDBMS.
• Experience on containerizing the application like docker.

Even better to have one or more of the following:

• A Master's degree.
• Knowledge on application security and experience in utilizing Fortify, Blackduck, etc.
• Knowledge of Containerization, Container Orchestration like Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience in Cloud like AWS / Azure / GCP, developing cloud native services.
• Experience with building & automating CI/CD pipelines - Gitlab/Jenkins.
• Knowledge/experience on Scaled Agile Framework (Safe).
• Strong communication skills.
