About the team

This role is for Global Product- Design & Development in lululemon technology organization team. This team supports Pre-Season Suite of technology solutions while living our vision to be an experiential brand and enhance the guest experience by delivering the right product, at right place and time. We are responsible for ensuring the success of the team and proactively identify the most high-value deliverables and focus on shipping quality software solutions and other deliverables. By partnering closely with business partners, project lead and technical teams we help deliver project scope and ensure stakeholder expectations are met. At all levels, we demonstrate leadership by supporting the growth and development of the team as a whole and individually.

At the core of our product is innovation. Design and Development of a product is a core milestone in the entire lifecycle and backbone of navigating our complex world.

• Usesalgorithms,datastructures,programminglanguages,programmingparadigms tocreate,testandoperatesustainableclient-sideorserver-sidesoftware applicationsandservices.
• Buildsandextends softwareapplicationsinvaryingcloud,hybridcloud,andon-premises)environments.
• Engagesinongoing qualityandperformanceimprovementtoensurereliabilityandsecurity.
• Proficientinproducingrobustapplicationdesignandproducing patternstoensureapplicationsareresilientand scalable.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the FlexPLM system to ensure it meets business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand PLM needs and develop solutions.
• Customize and configure FlexPLM to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom integrations between FlexPLM and other enterprise systems.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes.
• Work with project managers to plan and execute PLM-related projects.
• Participate in system testing and provide support for user acceptance testing.
• Provide support for production issues and system maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest FlexPLM features and functionalities, and make recommendations for system improvements.

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in FlexPLM development.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) concepts.
• Proficient in Java, J2EE, and related technologies.
• Experience in FlexPLM configuration and customization.
• Experience with FlexPLM integration with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, or WMS.
• Familiarity with microservices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• FlexPLM certification is a plus.
