Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional (Engineer or Diploma holder) for

Electrical Harness Integration

in our UAV development projects. The role involves working on high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) systems, harness design, and integration activities in line with aviation quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret, prepare, and validate electrical harness drawings. Integrate harness systems with HV & LV electrical architecture, including Power Distribution Units (PDUs). Work on

battery power systems

and understand cooling system requirements, particularly those used in

EVs and UAVs

. Support harness routing, proto-building, installation, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration. Ensure compliance with relevant aviation quality standards during prototyping and integration. Support documentation, reviews, and testing as per project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering. Solid understanding of HV & LV systems, PDUs, and wiring harnesses. Familiarity with

battery power systems and thermal/cooling management concepts

used in EVs. Ability to interpret and prepare harness drawings. Knowledge of CREO (or equivalent CAD software) is an added advantage. Good knowledge of Proto industry practices and hands-on experience in harness integration. Prior experience in UAV or EV projects preferred. General understanding of aviation industry quality standards. Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
