General Summary: responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness by developing new processes, analyzing data, and solving production problems. Key duties include creating and updating work instructions and process documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing process improvement projects, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, and supporting the introduction of new products and automated equipment.
How you will help us Connect the world

• Process optimization: Continuously improve current manufacturing processes and develop new ones to enhance efficiency, quality, and yield while reducing costs and waste.
• Documentation and procedures: Create and maintain process flow charts, work instructions, and other technical documentation related to process changes or new products.
• Problem-solving: Analyze process data to identify root causes of problems and provide technical assistance to manufacturing to resolve issues related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Project management: Lead and manage projects aimed at improving productivity and reducing downtime, including validating project results and preparing reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design engineers, automation engineers, and production staff to support new product introductions, implement engineering changes, and ensure smooth integration of new processes and equipment.
• Compliance and safety: Ensure all processes and procedures adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies

Required qulaification for consideration.
Qualification:

• Bachelor's in related curriculum such as Electrical or Electronics or ETC Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with 4-5 years of experience .

• Diploma with specialization Electronics & Communications or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 7-8 years of experience.

Skills Required:

• Should have in-depth knowledge on Fiber Optic processes.
• Able to find root cause the provide solution for Fiber connector termination related processes using Quality tools
• Should understand the BOM structure and capable of reading the product drawings
• Should have knowledge on Manufacturing working environment
• Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with personnel of various levels and disciplines.
• Ability to regularly contact, influence and negotiate with both internal and external individuals on complex issue.

• FMEA
• Lean Manufecturing
