For Field and Safety Instruments /RMSI, we have a TruScan-GP & microPHAZIR PC handheld NIR Analyzer, TruScan RM handheld Raman spectrometer, Thermo Fisher Niton XL3t XRF Analyzer NIR & Laser-based raw material identification and finished product inspection to screen out counterfeit substances and reduce supply chain risk. X-ray-based non-destructive testing for metal & metal alloy identification & analysis, mining and exploration, and lead paint inspection, RCRA metals in soil, toy and consumer goods testing. RadEye PRD Personal Radiation Detector Role Description/Position Summary:

  • Field Service Engineer role handling Field and Safety Instruments /RMSI (TruScan-GP/RM, microPHAZIR, Handheld XRF instruments, RedEye)
  • Customer-centric approach for Customer Allegiance
  • Teammate handling a region or customer base
  • Expand/generate the Service contract (AMC /CMC) and spare business to achieve the business goals.
  • Service and repair the instruments inhouse
Responsibilities:
  • Perform Installation, Commissioning, acceptance, maintenance, servicing, and repair of FSI/RMSI at customer sites and in-house.
  • Remote customer support through phone, Team Viewer, etc.
  • Handling X-ray sources
  • The service Job will involve mechanical Installation and alignment of the system, checking and delivering the quality expectations, checking the performance parameters, IQ/OQ/PQ for pharma customers, generating validation certificates acceptance certificates from the customer, and handing over the system
  • Added process knowledge of Pharma, metal, and radiation safety equipment, and hand Heald XRF instruments -.
  • Solving Capabilities - Apply logical, analytical & technical diagnostic skills to resolve problems quickly. Root cause analysis with analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Pharma quality process, IQ/OQ/PQ, XRF machines
  • Inter personnel skills, soft-spoken, can handle customer\'\'s critical issues.
  • Multi-functional collaboration supports teams in achieving business objectives
Minimum Educational Qualification BE / B Tech in Instrumentation / Electronics/ Biotech etc. Experience:
  • Proven experience in operations, fixing, and servicing of NIR & Laser-based hand-held Analyzer XRF instruments
  • Work experience in handling and maintaining Pharma handheld analyzer.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively work well with peers and customers enabling resolution of the problem to achieve Organisational goals.
  • Customer handling, communication, and travelling exposure.
  • Root cause analysis skills
  • Inter Personnel soft spoken skills
  • Frequent traveling with long stays
Skills & Proficiencies:
  • Strong written & oral communication skills in English
  • Excellence in customer handling and interpersonal skills, soft-spoken. Understand customer needs & communicate openly.
  • Nationwide travel as per customer requirements & business needs.
  • Handle a region, exposure to Eastern region support.
  • Out Of Box thinking, new creative ideas to enhance business.
  • Quick learner & team spirit.
Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of the Pharma handheld analyzer Handheld XRF machines, X-ray sources & their safety aspects.
  • Process & produce quality, inspection, and testing knowledge of pharma industries.
  • Knowledge of using instruments like multimeters, oscilloscopes, radiation survey meters precision Soldering and component level repairing electronics cards etc.
