Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repairs, using appropriate documentation systems7. Provide technical support and guidance to customers on HVAC system operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices8. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and engineering, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner9. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery and recommend solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.10. Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to delivering high-quality service in all interactions with customers and colleagues11. Uphold safety standards and protocols while performing onsite activities to ensure a safe working environment for all parties involved12. Willingness to travel to customer sites, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members, good technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including components, controls, and troubleshooting techniquesQualifications - Bachelors of Diploma or BTech in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
