Role Overview
We are seeking talented and motivated Engineering graduates to join our global software engineering teams. In this role, you will contribute to building and running automated tests for high-impact software in a modern CI/CD setup. You'll learn from mentors, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work in an Agile environment, building software solutions that power scientific breakthroughs. You will begin your career in a collaborative environment that values learning, mentorship, and innovation while giving you exposure to latest technologies and complex systems.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, code, and maintain resilient automated tests from acceptance criteria
  • Execute test suites, analyse results, and file/track defects
  • Contribute to test frameworks/utilities (e.g., Playwright/Test complete, TestNG, Rest-Assured, K6/Locust)
  • Participate in scrums, reviews, and retros, surface risks early
  • Learn the product's technical architecture, design principles, and specifications
  • Continuously grow expertise in testing tools, best practices, frameworks, and methodologies
What We Look For
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Good understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#)
  • Strong fundamentals in Data Structures and Algorithms.
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC /STLC
  • Familiar with Git; exposure to CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile practices is a plus
  • Clear communication and a collaborative, curious outlook
Nice to Have
  • Academic/industry exposure to test automation frameworks or tools
  • Domain familiarity in Biology, Chemistry, Proteomics, or Mass Spectrometry
