Designation: Engineer I - Quality Assurance

Responsibilities:

Production Responsibilities: Lead NC logging & categorization, drive shop-floor debugging, ensure corrective action closure with CFT.

Engineering Responsibilities: Drive CAPA during sprint, verify design outputs, sign off CMS/ECR releases with QA validation.

Customer Support responsibilities: Lead RCA for customer issues, derive internal CAPA, present findings in review meetings.

MRB Responsibilities: Own MRB disposition meetings, analyze battery data trends, escalate safety risks proactively.

QMS Responsibilities: Ensure controlled document updates, support internal audit execution, monitor calibration compliance.
