Designation: Engineer I - Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities:

Shall work to improve and support the production process of Asteria's UAV products. Review product specifications and production schedules to come up with ways to manufacture UAVs with maximum efficiency and minimal waste. Good understanding and exposure to electronics systems manufacturing in general and have a hands on experience in manufacturing/assembly of PCBs and cable harnesses. Shall know the fundamentals of various engineering systems and how to effectively integrate electronics, mechanical design, manufacturing, and quality control into the product manufacturing process Prepare and release line diagrams, route cards, SOPs for electronics manufacturing/assembly Conduct PFMEA and other failure analysis to validate and improve manufacturing process prior production kickoff Prepare and release manufacturing data packs required for production activities that involves process documents, route cards, SOP's Identify avenues to continuously improve system manufacturing process through kaizen, POKA YOKE & other process improvement techniques Able to work on Non conformances and drive towards route cause and support rework documentation * Work on Configuration management system and maintain the revision track for components and assemblies used in the product
