Attending Breakdown Calls received from customer as well as helpdesk.
Preventive maintenance of the machine as per the SLA agreement.
Payment Collections as per Area Manager/Team Leader Directive.
Timely Voucher Submission.
Follow the SLAs provided.
Software up gradation.
Call escalation as per the Escalation Matrix.
Bike is mandatory & willing to travel
