Job Family Descriptor Analyze internet network traffic/ dynamic and customer data to generate business insight and communicate those effectively to internal/external stakeholders Formulate the business requirements in BI tools (e.g. PowerBI) , in order to generate business KPI report / Dashboard Perform market research and analysis with insights for the expansion of global telecom markets With any potential churn or potential opportunity, work out with product team and sales team for an action plan whenever an account needs attention.
