Role Summary :





As an

Engineer (L4) - Full Stack Engineer

, you will

contribute to the design, development, testing and deployment

of full-stack features while embracing DevOps ownership. You will collaborate across product, design, and platform teams, apply secure-by-default patterns, and experiment with Generative AI to create guest-centric solutions.Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment

of full-stack features across our product portfolio.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

to refine product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Implement and maintain

robust, scalable, and secure back-end services and APIs.

Build responsive, user-centric front-end interfaces

using modern frameworks (React preferred).

Ensure code quality

through peer reviews, unit/integration tests, and adherence to best practices.

Apply security best practices

--identify vulnerabilities, detect malicious behavior, and analyze artifacts to mitigate risk.

Partner with platform and security teams

to prioritize and reduce risk across the enterprise.

Prototype Gen AI integrations

(LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings) to enhance productivity and guest experiences.

Required Qualifications :



2-4 years

of experience in full-stack development with solid understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.

1+ year

supporting critical production systems (on-call, incident response, post-mortems). Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (

React

, Vue, or Angular). Expertise in back-end technologies (

Kotlin/Micronaut, Java/Spring, Python, or Node.js

) and API development (REST, GraphQL). Experience integrating with

Kafka

, cloud storage services, or data warehouses. Hands-on with

SQL & NoSQL databases

, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines. Working knowledge of infrastructure and security tooling (shell scripts, Chef/Terraform, container security scanners). Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Exposure to Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) and basic prompt engineering.

Preferred Skills :



Familiarity with

Genesys Cloud CX, GCP, Salesforce Service Cloud, Verizon Voice

, or other telephony/IVR/Voice AI platforms. Understanding of

security compliance

requirements (PCI-DSS, GLBA, SOX) and how to implement controls in code. Experience building

AI-powered features

into production applications.
