Summary

: Looking for young Engineers who are interested in working on building energy modelling for residential and commercial structures, on overseas projects. We require candidates who would appreciate a long term, stable work environment and look to grow with us for a few years to eventually take up managerial roles.

Note: Candidates residing in Mumbai are only applicable for this job.

1 or 2 Years Experience is preferable but Freshers with good Academic scores are also welcome to apply.

Scoping Architectural and MEP Drawings for information/specifications relevant to the energy use of the structure Modelling the various components of the structure into our energy analysis software to run energy simulations - including building envelope, lighting, HVAC, domestic water heating and process loads Running multiple simulations to narrow down on an optimum set of specifications taking buildability, cost effectiveness and availability into account Documenting the required Specifications in an easily readable manner Good written and spoken English skills Good computer and software skills (MS Office, G Sheets, Adobe Acrobat, Sketchup and AutoCAD) Looking for a stable, long term work environment Ability to work diligently without extensive oversight Strong detail orientation and methodical work habits Professional email drafting and team coordination skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute numerous projects/tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Key Skills:

We require in the individual good aptitude, attention to detail and communication skills.

Academic Experience:

Graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other Building Science degree

Good 10th and 12th Scores (>75%)

Industry Experience:

Preferably 1 or 2 years of experience but Freshers with good Academics are also welcome. The candidates should also be willing to learn something new and work in a KPO services company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
